Leo Barraclough serves as international features editor at Variety, where he assigns articles about the international film and TV business, as well as writing numerous news and features stories himself. He also edits many of Variety's e-Show Dailies. He previously served as one of the magazine's international correspondents, covering the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Variety, he was features editor, and then managing editor of Screen International. He started in film and TV trade journalism at Moving Pictures International, where he was news editor and then deputy editor. He is a member of BAFTA.

Toma de Matteis is an experienced television production professional. After starting out at Marathon Productions, he became a content producer at Capa Entreprises. In 2006, he joined the teams at Telfrance Séries, where he became artistic producer of the daily soap opera ‘Plus belle la vie'. In 2011, Toma de Matteis joined France Télévisions, helping to create a new daytime drama division. In 2012, he became a producer at Merlin Productions. In 2015, he joined France.tv Studio (a subsidiary of France Télévisions) where he created the daily series ‘Un si grand soleil' and contributed to the creation of the Vendargues studios (16,000m2 of infrastructure dedicated to fiction filming). In 2019, he became Managing Director of the works division (Fiction / Documentaries) of France.tv Studio. He has also been President of the special effects subsidiary Les Tontons Truqueurs since 2023.

Joanna has been at the heart of the event management organization Monaco Mediax for over 20 years and has headed the Business Content industry programme for the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, organised by Monaco Mediax since 2020. Within the organisation, Joanna also heads the conference prgramming for the leading sports media rights and tech industry event SPORTEL, including SPORTEL Monaco, the SPORTEL Rendez-vous series in Buenos Aires, Bali and Miami and the SPORTEL Summit.
Key management and conference roles in previous Monaco Mediax B2B events include WIMA NFC Monaco/USA and IMAGINA 3D among others.
